In Safari on the Mac I think you can press Command-SHIFT-L to view your reading list. In Safari on an iOS device, tap the bookmarks button at the bottom of the page, then from the root folder choose Reader. You can then choose to filter your reading list by all or unread. I use reader all the time — it's brilliant.
