Hi, I'm guessing that your Preview Pane is active. Therefore what happens is that when you arro onto any message, a Preview pane visually pops up displaying the text of the message. Therefore, any message that is navigated over becomes automatically considered "Read". VO usually only announces if something is "Unread" so nothing will ever be announced as "Unread" because of this behaviour. Turn off the Preview pane to fix this. You can do this using the following method:
