Not to be rude, or base anything on the stereo typical American, but outside of 
your Borders you are well known for suing for almost anything. I don't see why 
this kind of suit won't be successful.

I will not go into the history of ridiculous American lawsuits, but believe me, 
they are there and plentiful. It is not far-fetched to sue and win in this 
situation.
