I do not believe that a C sharp program will work in the Macintosh environment. C-Sharp was developed by Microsoft and I have only heard of it running on their platforms. I would not think a chess timer should be too complicated, so perhaps one could write it in less then 200 lines of code.
The entire interface with the Operating System and windowing environment would have to be re-written though.
