Hi Jeff. I'm running Fusion 5 and am using NVDA or System Access on Windows XP Pro and I sounds are functioning normally. I haven't updated to the latest version because, umm, I downloaded a cracked version of it and I'm afraid that if I updated, the crack won't work. I know that some people would question this tactic but oh well.
