Yes, it's the horizontal splitter to the right (in VO terms at least) of the search field. Interact with it and increase it to show your bookmarks. To open a bookmark, press VO-SHIFT-M on it and then select open. Alternatively, access them from the bookmarks menu in the menu bar.
