For anyone on here who has used this, I've just purchased one of these after doing a demo with someone in my area, and he was kind enough to sell me the display model at a discounted price after I realized how much I loved it especially after I was able to scan a book that had pictures intertwined with the text, and it scanned it perfectly. However, I don't know if I have it set up in a poor location when the guy helped me move it from the kitchen table to my desk or what the issue is, but for some reason, when I scan material, at times the reading is all off, and I can't access the file commands to do anything with it. It continuously tells me "zoom office has no windows," and the commands don't show up in the finder window, and I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's really frustrating here. So if anyone can help out here, I'd really appreciate it.
