Hi again guys 
I have never lost VO after sleep on my 13-inch Mac Book Pro that I got in 2011, 
just in case that info is important. I used to have problems losing speech 
before we got Mountain Lion, and the braille display would keep going, and it 
sounds a lot like what you guys are talking about.
