The account is online, I've already checked that.  The only thing that isn't 
rite as far as I can see is the get new mail button.  It's dimmed like it's 
downloading the mail, but never actually does it. 
And if the account was off line I shouldn't be able to send  mail, which I can, 
I just can'd receive new mail. I'm completely stumped
