Option with up arrow or down arrow will move by paragraph, or so the manual 
says. However, I find it jumps to the start or end of the current paragraph, 
and I must press the command again to go to the previous or next paragraph. New 
lines also catch the cursor and require additional presses. It's not great, but 
it will work.
