They haven't on Amazon, but you must purchase the actual CD. You cannot 
download it. Unfortunately, the digital download goes for the full price of 
$199. I got around it by finding coupon for the UK version of their website for 
30% off, which puts it around $145. The coupon is DICTATE30%. to get to their 
UK site, you have to go to http://shop.nuance.co.uk. The coupon does not seem 
to work on the US site, so this is why I had to go this way. If you use PayPal 
to pay, it should support the foreign currency.

The coupon seems to go until March 30.
