That worked exactly as you said (of course). My problem was that previously I 
had been in the edit multiple information view, and the album art work tab 
didn't appear.

And this is my problem. Most of my audiobooks that are missing album art are 
broken up into chapters or smaller files. Adding album art individually for 
each of these files would be quite a daunting task. I don't suppose there's a 
way around this, to add album art for an entire album at once? I only wish 
iTunes would recognise the album art for what it is when I place it in the 
automatically add to iTunes folder, but the album art is always left behind as 
not added.
