I wonder if it has to do with whether a phone case has a raised border? Mine
doesn't, but my husband's does and he finds his fingers don't fit so easily
either. Both of us are getting consistent results though, but it is
definitely harder to fit your fingers if there is a raised rim around the
edge of the phone screen.

It's not a matter of oppinion or agreeing or disagreeing with this point.
If some people are getting consistent results and others aren't, there is
a reason/reason or bug/bugs that has to be found. If two people use the
same app and the app behaves the same and one likes it and the other
doesn't, that's opinion. If two people use an app and the behavior of the
app is markedly different between the two people, then one doesn't chalk
that up to opinion; one tries patiently to find out what the difference
is. Or if one doesn't care to continue letting people try to give
suggestions and ask questions to try to pinpoint the abnormal behavior of
the app, that's okay too. But it really is not an opinion issue.

giving up yet, as you all know me... I don't take no for an answer, but
this is insane! Sayhing this thing's forgiving where you place your
fingers? Um... I don't! think so!
