Command Shift H will hang up your call; other than that, I do not know of any hot keys from within a Skype call or from within Skype, other than to change screens between main window, Dial Pad, Contacts Monitor, etc. I also don't know of a way to assign such commands to shortcut keys, either in Keyboard Commander or in System shortcuts. If you find one, I'd be keen to know. :)
