Hi all, I've only recently discovered the joys of dropbox, so have a couple of questions.
First, if I want to send the link to a file to someone, it appears that they have to have a dropbox account. Do they have to actually have the dropbox app downloaded, or can they just have a dropbox account? Second, I have been in situations where someone made a file available to everyone--say on a user list like this one--regardless of whether or not they had a dropbox account. How does one do that?
