Press command option shift you on the link that you would click on to listen, then immediately after voiceover begins reading at eight TTP://, press control option shift see. VoiceOver will state "last phrase copied to clipboard". Open iTunes, and I believe the keystroke is command option if shifty you, it may be command shift you, and then press command V. Pressing enter will begin playing the stream. This is how I do it. If that keystroke doesn't work, go to the file menu in iTunes, and arrow down to open URL.
