Uhm, maybe this can help:

1, in Preview, save as text.

2, simply email the pdf to

conv...@robobraille.org

You will get back plain text.

  Hello, as far as I know the documentation is in a PDF form and I don't know 
if there is a way to convert it on the Mac? Perhaps one suggestion, is to use 
your virtual machine and converted in Windows. Barring that, I don't know if 
any of the conversion services are still in existence where you could email 
and/or FTP the file up to the server. Of course the other part of that is that 
those services might have a size limit. I do notes some basic keystrokes for 
this software, perhaps if you can find my number from our VMware users group 
file you can give me a call and we might be able to brainstorm it? Hope your 
day is going well, because here it is starting to snow, and in this part of the 
country apparently that's a big deal. Where used to live this wouldn't even
