Well, for the life of me, I can't get any jampack material to show up in the
loop browser. I've eliminated filtering, set it to column view with "all"
selected in the browser, and using the search field, entered the exact names of
several loop families in many of the jampacks - no joy!

I have:
1) deleted all files in the apple loops index folder
2) dragged and dropped jampack folders onto the loop browser and recieved
confirmation of a successful drop.
3), yet, no loops of any kind other than those included in the iLife sound
effects folder will show up in the browser. I've even deleted the entire apple
loops index folder and let GB recreate it upon startup - nothing's working.

I can easily and successfully drop loops onto the timeline to my hearts
content, and GB plays them just fine, but I can't get anything happening in the
loop browser. The main drawback is losing the Key, tempo, and beats information
about each loop that the browser normally provides - otherwise I wouldn't care.
Is there another way to read this information about the loops from within
finder? is there another app that'll let me browse this information?

I've had it with trying to get the loop browser to work. It worked okay before
I started messing with the jampacks, but now its a virtual loop deadzone.
.
any help greatly appreciated.
