Hello.

I'm totally blind and just got the new 27 inch I Mac.  If you have an I phone, 
it's similar to how you set up an I phone.  Once you turn the Mac on, give it a 
few minutes until a message comes up which is spoken.  All you do is follow the 
instructions.  Everything is explained and all you do is fill in the required 
fields or you can learn to use voice over bby taking the tutorial.

If you get stuck, just yell and one of us can help you on this list.
