i use a program referenced in the blog below, that runs off of the WordPress 
platform. This allows me to have visual layout fames automatically laid out for 
me when I Install new themes. I find this honestly to be the quickest way to 
design a website. In addition, if you are creating the website for a client, it 
allows you to open your client base. Why? Because the client can automatically 
go in, and make updates to the text on the website. If he wants to make changes 
to the entire design layout of the website, all one must do is browse at 
different theme layouts. Potentially, if web design is something an individual 
does as a living, he could offer as a lowered price of the ability to install 
that new theme for the client. This is virtually hands off web design for the 
clients, where all you need to worry about is the content. From my experience
