Garage band could see all the inputs and was able to name them so some software can. The Saffire has its own mixer software that in theory allows the mac to see everything.
Thanks. I'll keep playing and if I find a way to make it work, I'll let the list know. Until then, I can't record through my interface so it's pretty much useless to me.
