You really should look into it, Chris. It's amazing. I actually was just
listenning to my Martin Page House of Stone and Light disc this morning on
the thing, and I gotta tell ya: the sound is exceptionally good. Granted,
if you have a dock, you'd be better off, but if you want to run it just on
the internal speaker, the sound is unbelievable, considering the size of the
internal speaker. Beware if you do want to use a dock, like an IHome etc.
you will need to buy from Apple the lightning to 30 pin adapter, but that
thing's very very! reasonally priced. I think here in the states, if I
remember correctly, it was about 19 bucks or so. I say, if I remember
correctly, as I didn't buy the adapter when I got my phone. I've had it for
a while now, as I actually bought it right after getting my IPad Mini which
also uses the lightning charger. I did that as I didn't know if I'd ever
have a need to make that IPad port be a 30 pin. So far, I've not, but you
never know. Plus, seeing I knew that eventually I'd be getting an IPhone 5,
I figured this way, I would have the thing in case I ever did want to put it
to my IHome dock. I actually just tried that with the adapter this morning
as well, and it worked absolutely flawlessly. And yes, it did still charge.
The adapter doesn't seem to effect that.
