I'm using the on-screen keyboard, and I can't remember exactly how I managed to browse the different instruments, I just remember selecting different ones other than "piano," turning the on-screen keyboard on, and it not doing anything, so have no idea if I've gone to the wrong department/setting, or what the deal is here.
