I don't think you can physically remove it from your history, if that is
what you mean... no. You can however double tap and hold on the screen,
then after the little 3 tone bliff sound, double tap on the app to be
removed, and then confirm by double tapping the delete app button. Or you
can delete it from ITunes on your computer, then just resync your device.
