You can also buy just the part you need if you don't need the whole thing.

If you want only one function (labeling), you can actually use the free 
version and make text labels; if you want to use audio recording, that is 
$9.99 and if you want just UPC recognition, that is also $9.99

If you have an iPhone 4 or 5 and there is not enough light, we use the 
flash that is build into the phone; if you have a 3gs, we warn you if there 
is not enough light to scan by.
