Hi Christine I don't know of any tutorials for skype on the iPhone. When you are in the contacts list, double tap on the person's name. Then look for a voice call or video call button and double tap that. If the person is not online you won't be able to call, so make sure you pick someone who actually is online. You can also choose to display just the online contacts. I can't give you more precise instructions at the moment because my phone is not with me right now. But it's really not difficult on the iPhone. I wonder if you are trying to call someone who is not online. Just a thought.
