Hi,

At the risk of sounding obvious, it looks to me like a problem caused by Super
Duper. I don't use Super Duper so I'm just guessing that it must be keeping
log files, error files or some sort of data that is interfering with your HD
space. May I ask why you chose Super Duper instead of simply using Time
Machine for your backup solution? With the Mountain Lion Restore partition in
combination with Time Machine allows you to restore from backup without the
need for external backup solutions. In my opinion, both CCC and Super Duper
are unnecessary as backup solutions, although they are beneficial for keeping
snapshots or images of your system if you ever wish to restore it in that
manner.
