Mike, I'm in the process of downloading all the GarageBand jam packs now. I
don't know what I did, I was just poking around in the MainStage app and
getting familiarized with it, when a dialog popped up for getting the
additional 19gb of instruments and loops. It was probably just a automatic
thing where MainStage saw I didn't have certain stuff, and decided to let me
know. Supposedly, Once installed, it'll all be accessible from GB.

$30 and comes with all the Apple JamPacks which work with GarageBand. I
bought this just as a convenient way of getting all the extra GarageBand
material - I don't actually use Main Stage. I think it includes, among
other things, an additional 15000 Apple Lupes. You should check it out.
