Before you do that, check activity monitor, see if anything related to change reaction is actually running. Maybe it's downloading some additional components, since I noticed that the app size is extremely small. If nothing's open in activity monitor, they obviously messed up something when either compiling it, or submitted the wrong thing to the store.
