I totally agree with you. I bought an iPod touch 4TH Gen which has the A4
Chip and am selling it cause I find that it's just too slow with VO and iOS
6. Which is a real shame as the new iOS has some really great features. I
also find that the a4 Chips even seem to struggle iOS 5.

I've never had that happen, honestly. Nor have I had the reset wiping out VO
happen either. I honestly think Apple jumped the gun a bit on having iOS 6
support devices with the A4 chip, and should've stuck with A5-powered
devices or later. That's just my opinion, however.

Subject: iPod freezes, needs hard reset that kills vo

Hi all,
Ever since iOS6 hit my iPod, I have had it crash three times, usually while
unlocking it. The crash is so bad that I have to do a home/power reset. Of
course, thanks again to iOS6, that reset now wipes out vo and my triple
click home setting, so I have to use iTunes or a sighted person to get the
iPod talking again. Has anyone else had this happen? Any ideas on how to
avoid it? Thanks.

Have a great day,
