Voiceover works very well, better in some ways than it does on the mac, in my 
opinion. Nothing in the OS itself is inaccessible, and a great many third-party 
apps are mostly to fully accessible as well. You'll want to look at 
http://www.applevis.com to find app reviews from an accessibility perspective, 
and Apple has a good intro video for using vo on the iPhone (it is on an iPhone 
3GS, but the commands are all the same). I don't have that link, but google 
should be able to dig it up for you. If you have any questions, you can ask on 
here, or join the accessible-iOS list 
(accessible-ios+subscr...@googlegroups.com) and ask there. That list is 
dedicated to iOS devices and vo, instead of all things mac and vo.
