Well, I don't know. It seems like it'd be cheaper to get a usb webcam and just set that up along with a monitor. This way you have a camera you can move around if you need to, or replace if it breaks. Besides, if monitors with cameras do exist, I bet they're expensive, more so than a cheap monitor and a cheap webcam.
