Not quite all buttons. Go to the iTunes Store and select music from the menu which appears before you actually get to the HTML area (really not sure why these buttons have not been integrated directly into the HTML of the iTunes store yet) and you should see a link for last week's top 40. Open it, and then jump to the table of songs. You will see in the first column that every button is not labelled to preview/play the song.
