Firstly, and most importantly, consider switching to slacker radio. I learned about slacker from this list, and I am been very very happy. However, if you would like to keep Pandora, this is what you should do: go to where it says create new station. Under this, there should be a list of the stations that you have chosen. Simply select one. If you want to change the station, hit the back arrow. Christine PS browsing stations is a bit trickier. Go to the create station edit box, then go to the keypad underneath. Slide your finger very gently that the left and up. It should say browse genre stations. This sometimes takes two or three tries.
