Frankly, I consider that almost a deal breaker. Here's a thought though. Can you go in to the preferences window, and from there, is there a display section where you adjust the size of windows and graphics and such? I'm thinking maybe that perhaps you can downskale the size of those display factors and such so that it's possible to access the stuff in the record dialog window? Also, what happens if you enter the record dialog and then quit and restart voice over? Try some of that and see if maybe what you do makes any difference and let us know?
