Kawal,

Hahaha, I think I'll take you up on that, even though the cost in getting to
wherever you are will likely be more than buying a new iMac with fusion drive
myself. :)

What Niel said sounds about right to me. My estimations are that my 21.5 inch
iMac is around 50cm wide, or about 20". Maybe a little less given it is 21.5
inches across the hypotenuse. Anyway, importantly it's only 10" at the most,
probably with some room to spare. Of course you then need to factor in the
power cord, keyboard and track pad, but these don't take up too much space. I
have a fairly large desk, and I could probably comfortably fit four iMacs on
here with keyboards and everything if I really wanted to. As it is, I have the
iMac, power board, scanner, external hard drive, keyboard, track pad, USB hub,
telephone, lamp, box of tissues, and still have plenty of room for my cup of
coffee and snacks whenever I need them. :) Hope this gives you some idea.

There are two factory models of 21.5 inch iMacs and two factory models of 27"
iMacs. The More powerful and more expensive 21.5 inch iMac is has the same
specs as the cheaper and less powerful 27" iMac. I think the only difference
with the top end 27" iMac is with the processor and screen size. The RAM and
HD/SSD is the same. However, if you order from the Apple Online Store you can
customise them.

You'll have to let us all know which you end up buying now.

Cheers,
Nic
