Hello Jürgen, Hotspots can certainly be unstable, especially in applications where objects are moved around on the screen. I also find that they can be tricky to set correctly sometimes. I use them in Pages to monitor what styles are being used, and for that, each HotSpot has to be set on each table in the Styles drawer, but without interacting with the table.
I also use Hotspots when doing a crossword online. There, I set a Hotspot on the current clue so that I can both read the clue while I'm looking at what's already in the grid, and jump back to the clue afterwards. I then unset that Hotspot and set it again on the next clue. Cheers, Anne On 3 Nov 2012, at 22:58, Jürgen Fleger <apple-engl...@fleger.net> wrote: > What are your experiences of Hot Spots?
