Hi, I don't believe that there is facility for Custom fields within the tagging mechanism of iTunes. If you wish to put items into multiple Genres, I'd put your secondary Genre into the Grouping field. The combo box for Genre works in two ways, you can choose from the list of Genres provided or enter one yourself. While on the Genre item, just enter whatever you wish to name it, it will now become one of the choices within the combo box. I usually just enter the first few letters of whatever Genre in there anyway and iTunes finishes my typing for me.
