Hi all, I was trying to rip a cd the other day using a windows laptop withe apple's remote disk utility installed. It did not work - I saw the disk on my mac, but I was told there would be a button to click to ask to use it, yet I saw not button of any kind. Without this button, I cannot get the disk to work, of course. Am I missing a step, or is this, for some reason, inaccessible? Thanks.
