I know the iDatabase iOS app is very accessible, at least it was last year when 
I tried it out. I would therefore expect the mac app to be just as good, and 
it's only $10. Best of all, it syncs over wifi (though not iCloud) with your 
devices, so anything you do on your iOS device should appear on your mac and 
vice versa. You can also back up to, and restore from, dropbox if you want to. 
Again, I can't promise accessibility on the mac, but I can make a pretty safe 
guess that it will be there.
