Hi Veronica I am sorry that you're having troubles, but I can't report any of these troubles. I don't have any. So, it sounds like to me there something going on here with your system that needs to be looked at. If you are somewhere where you can do it, perhaps you should take both your devices and to be looked at. Gigi
