Logmein is able to put through the sound, but, after you log on to a computer, 
it's hard to gain focus, you have to move the physical mouse in a funny way.  

the iPhone app sort of works, but, if you use a bluetooth keyboard, VO wants to 
hold on to its keyboard commands which makes it a bit difficult to use the 
computer your loged on to.  also, the cost is rather high, you have to pay for 
each computer logmein is running and its around $40 per year for each 1.  This 
would be fine if I did it on a regular basis, but, not for the 1 or 2 times a 
year I might use it.
