Hi all, Is there a way to sync an iPhone with an iTunes library without erasing its contents? I have a friend's iPHone that's still running iOS 4.0, and I want to update it to the latest version of iOS, but iTunes tells me that, because I haven't yet use this iPhone with my computer, it's going to erase the contents of the iPhone and replace it with whatever's in my iTunes library.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening while still being able to update iOS?
