Hi,

Assuming that you've already unlocked the lock, once you've selected the 
account you wish to delete, stop interacting with the Users & Groups List then 
VO-down to the Add and VO-right once to the Delete.  You are given some options 
on how you'd like to delete it.  Choose one then it's done.
