Hi guys,

I was using VMWare Fusion version 3 on my computer under both Snow Leopard and
Lion, and once I upgraded to Mountain Lion and VMWare Fusion version 5, I
imported or opened (I don't remember which) my existing copy of windows into my
VMWare Fusion five). Apparently, though, version three is still on my
computer, because I have to always right click on a .kes file and say "Open
with," then go down to choose VMWare Fusion 5 instead of VMWare Fusion 3, which
is the defaulted first option." is there a way I can get rid of the older copy
of VMWare Fusion without deleting my copy of Windows?

Also, somehow, my .xml files from Bookshare have gotten associated with
Internet Explorer instead of Safari. Is there a way to change this? I know
when I tried to associate files to open with The Unarchiver, it never worked --
the "Always open this type of file with this program" never stayed checked.

I hope this is clear and that someone either knows what I mean or has a couple
of suggestions. I will be switching between Windows and the mac a lot in the
coming quarter and I need to be able to do it quickly.

Thanks.

Harry
