The subject line says it all--if and When I have accidentally succeeded in getting it to work, the volume increase on my little Macbook Air is very nice! However, the interface is not great, and I'm hoping that someone out there with some usable vision has also purchased it and can give me some tips and tricks to get it working well. Here's hoping!
