I emailed apple about using just arrows to move around extras menus, but this 
is their response. I wonder if these menus are different from normal menus 
visually? The use of the word "menu" led me to believe that they are the same, 
but now I'm not so sure. Anyway, I thought others would find this useful if 
they had thought of the same thing I had, namely that it is odd and frustrating 
to need to use vo keys with arrows and space to navigate extras menus.
