If redownloading helps, please let me know. I've redownloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, copied the functional version from my external drive, and nothing works. I'm guessing that pianopub needs to be updated, but it seems that it's still working just fine for a lot of people. I've tried contacting the developer of pianopub, but never got any kind of response. Good luck! I sure hope you get it working.
