VO does not have a keystroke assigned to Right Mouse Click. However, you can issue the command by VO H H, then type the word "right". Pressing enter on the command in the help commands list will invoke the command.
Otherwise, if you really need it, you can assign the command to one of your commanders. Wow, I don't think I ever wrote the word command so many times. :) HTH.
