Hi Kirstyn,

The strategy I employ in order to activate links and it works every time is to 
turn on QuickNav with left and right arrows held down together, and then hit 
down and up arrows together to activate a link.  I then turn off QuickNav with 
left and right arrows held down together.  Works every time.
